A waiver is required to participate in all activities. Minors under 18 years of age must have a parent/legal guardian sign their waiver.
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY:
Adult Completing Waiver for Self:Input all fields with the correct information. The waiver will prompt you for an e-signature at the final step, once you agree to the terms and conditions. Signatures must be legible.
Adult Completing Waiver for Minor: Adult (parent or legal guardian) must begin by filling out the waiver with their own information. You will be asked to add any minors to your account on step #4 of the waiver process if this is your first time completing the waiver. Your e-signature from your waiver will automatically transfer to the minor’s waiver.
Be sure to hit “SAVE” and “SUBMIT” to complete.
