Policies & Participation Requirements

supercharged POLICIES & PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS:

WAIVER POLICY:

  • All guests participating in activities must have a signed waiver on file.
  • All guests must be at least 18 years of age in order to sign a waiver.
  • All guests under the age of 18 must have a signed waiver from a parent or legal guardian.
  • Supercharged reserves the right to require identification.

PATRON POLICY:

  • All guests must comply with posted and verbal instruction. Failure to do so may result in loss of participation privileges without refund. Be sure to read all posted signage.
  • It is your responsibility to ensure all participants meet required qualifications. Please see the full list of each activity type online or ask for a printed copy.
  • All kart drivers must be at least 4’10” (58” or 1.5m) tall to drive.
  • All participants of Ninja Wipeout & Trampolines must be able to do so without any assistance and follow instructions.
  • Supercharged is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
  • DO NOT participate in any activity if you have health limitations or injuries, or are under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

KARTING:

 

BEFORE YOU RACE:

 

  • All participants must have a signed waiver on file.
  • All participants must be at least 4’10” (58” or 1.5m) tall to drive.
  • All participants are required to watch the Safety Briefing Video.
  • Deposit all personal belongings into a locker before entering the track.
  • Shoulder length hair and longer must be tied back.
  • Head socks are required for all participants using issued helmets.
  • Guest supplied helmets must be approved.
  • Closed-toe and closed-heel shoes are required.
  • If a team member has reasonable suspicions that a guest is intoxicated, said guest must submit to a breathalyzer test. Should the guest refuse to submit or should the test yield a greater value than 0.08, the guest will not be allowed to participate in any activities and will not receive a refund.
  • No participant who is impaired in any way or who may pose an increased risk to themselves, or other guests will be allowed to participate.
  • DO NOT participate if you have health limitations or injuries, are under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or are pregnant.

 

DURING YOUR RACE:

 

  • Helmets must be worn at all times.
  • No cell phones or similar devices may be used during the race.
  • Never undo your seatbelt or exit your kart during a race for any reason.
  • Use brakes on tight corners and slow down when necessary.
  • Slower drivers must yield to faster drivers by moving to the outside lane and allowing the faster driver to pass.
  • No unsafe driving is allowed. No bumping or slamming of karts or barriers is permitted without penalty.
  • Obey all track rules and fundamentals from Track Marshals at all times.

 

FUNDAMENTALS:

 

  • The first lap of each heat is a warm-up lap. Learn the track layout before accelerating to full speed.
  • If you receive a MOVE OVER/ Blue Flag signal you must yield to faster drivers.
  • If you receive a PENALTY/ Black Flag you violated a rule. Noncompliance may result in loss of participation privileges without a refund.
  • Final lap is the end of the race. Slow down. No passing. Enter the pit slowly and stay seated until signaled to exit your kart.

AXE THROWING:

RULES:

  • All participants must have a signed waiver on file.
  • All participants must be at least 15 years of age to throw and accompanied by an adult, 18 years or older.
  • All bookings should arrive at the selected check-in time. Your activity will begin 30 minutes after your selected check-in time. Any tardiness will cut into your throwing time.
  • Spectators are not permitted in the throw zone.
  • No food or beverage past the safety line.
  • Flat, closed-toe shoes are required.
  • Do not participate if no attendant is present.
  • No Trick shots or underhand throwing outside of private sessions.
  • Hostility/rule-breaking is not welcome. Anyone exhibiting hostile, violent, or aggressive behavior verbally or physically will immediately be asked to leave without any refund.
  • DO NOT THROW if you have any health limitations, existing injuries, or are intoxicated.
  • Always ask your Axe Master for any assistance, we are here to help.

AXE SAFETY:

  • Caution – axes are sharp!
  • Never touch the head of the axe, only the handle.
  • ONE axe per target.
  • No twirling axes or flipping in your hand.

LANE SAFETY:

  • Inform staff of any injuries or loose target pieces or broken axes.
  • No Axes allowed outside of lanes by patrons.
  • Only one person throwing per lane.
  • Never hand an axe to the next thrower. Put axes in the box.
  • Always keep eyes on the axes.
  • Don’t throw axes unless lane is clear.
  • Throw only one axe at a time.
  • Stay in the safety area unless it is your turn to throw.
  • Do not pull axes out of targets, wiggle axe handle up and down to release.

NINJA WIPEOUT & TRAMPOLINES:

 

BEFORE YOU PLAY:

 

  • All participants must have a signed waiver on file.
  • All participants must be able to do so without any assistance and follow instructions.
  • All participants must be wearing an admission wristband and approved JUMP socks.
  • DO NOT participate if you have health limitations or injuries, are under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or are pregnant. NO casts.
  • If a team member has reasonable suspicions that a guest is intoxicated, said guest must submit to a breathalyzer test. Should the guest refuse to submit or should the test yield a greater value than 0.08, the guest will not be allowed to participate in any activities, and will not receive a refund.
  • No participant who is impaired in any way or who may pose an increased risk to themselves or other guests will be allowed to participate.
  • ALWAYS empty your pockets and your mouth before participating.
  • NO food, drink, or gum, on or near the courts or any attractions.
  • NO belt buckles, clothing studs, jewelry, key chains, or sharp objects permitted.
  • Remove and store shoes and hats away safely.
  • DO NOT leave small children unattended.

 

WHILE YOU PLAY:

 

  • DO NOT land on head or neck. NO DIVING!
  • DO NOT affect another jumper’s bounce in any way.
  • DO NOT enter the airbag until the landing area is clear.
  • DO NOT sit or lie down on the court or obstacles.
  • DO NOT participate if a Ninja Marshal is not present.
  • NO rough play, tag games, or vulgar language.
  • NO climbing or hanging on the walls, pads, or nets.
  • NO landing on pads or platforms from trampolines.
  • ALWAYS remain in control.
  • ALWAYS walk on and off the trampolines and obstacles.
  • ALWAYS follow the Ninja Marshals directions.
  • ALWAYS one jumper at a time per trampoline lane, airbag lane, and obstacle.

 

PATRON RESPONSIBILITY CODE:

 

  • Be aware of others around you. It is your responsibility to avoid others.
  • Jump and land on two feet.
  • Never hold anyone (including small children) while participating.
  • Master the fundamentals of single trampoline jumping before moving on to more advanced maneuvers such as trampoline-to-trampoline jumping, wall trampoline jumping, and aerial type skills that will increase the risk of injury.
  • If you drop anything into a foam pit, it will not be retrieved.
  • Noncompliance will result in loss of participation privileges.
